"I was shocked at the quality and the results. Although the suit is heavy- after I work out and take the suit off, I feel relaxed and my skin is softer for some reason. With a good nutrition plan and working out 3 days a week for two months, I have lost 22 lbs of fat. It works!"

The only down side is that the top and bottom are pre-packaged and may not be seperated. I needed 2X top and L bottom. This was not permissable. Settled for XL set and top is too snug."

I easily perspire 2 to 3 times more per hour using the Realsauna Suit during aerobics then I do per hour in my Infra-Red Sauna! Relaxing sure, but not as effective for weight loss. To dry the suit, I would suggest putting it in the dryer on "air only" and letting it tumble dry with no heat, especially if you want to wear it everyday. "This is a good product, but the only thing I would say is to make sure you order the right size. I have lost over 20 lbs in less than a month just wearing the suit around the house. Great Product!"
